Broadbase, Inc. dba Jiffy Lube® Selects Local High School Seniors for Jiffy Lube Scholarship Program
Stockton, CA (PRWEB) June 26, 2008 -- Broadbase Inc dba Jiffy Lube, your local oil change expert, selected four high school seniors in San Joaquin County as the 2007-2008 Jiffy Lube scholarship recipients. The four recipients of the Jiffy Lube Scholarship Program (http://www.jiffylubeca.com) were: Megan Gritsch of Lodi High School, Lodi, California, Cody Lee of East Union High School, Manteca, California, Tyler Demetral of Lincoln High School, Stockton, California, and Melody Neves of Sierra High School, Manteca, California. Each beneficiary received a $1,000 check as well as a Jiffy Lube oil change gift card.
"Over the past five years we have given over $20,000 to local seniors thru our Jiffy Lube Scholarship Program, said Donald Fowler, Broadbase owner and Jiffy Lube franchisee. Jiffy Lube has set up specific criteria for the selection process. All applicants must submit their grades as well as answer four questions in an essay format.
